The MAXTRAX Static Rope Extension is designed to serve as a static element in vehicle recovery. It can be used as an extension for a towing recovery, attached to MAXTRAX Kinetic Rope(s) or a Winch Rope to increase the overall length.
This extension is developed and tested as part of the MAXTRAX Recovery System, which exclusively includes MAXTRAX products. Important: In the event of system overload, the MAXTRAX Fuse Shackle is intended to be the weakest link and expected breaking point.
Safety Advice: It is recommended that the minimum breaking strength of the rope be 2 to 3 times the gross vehicle mass (GVM) of any vehicle with which it is used.
Safety Instructions: Only use MAXTRAX Recovery products within the MAXTRAX Recovery System. Always use a MAXTRAX Fuse Shackle.
