The MaxTrax Static Rope is designed to be the static element during a recovery, as the name suggests. It can be used as a load-sharing bridle, tree protector, or as an extension rope.
The MaxTrax Static Rope is designed and tested as part of the MaxTrax Recovery System, exclusively using MaxTrax products. When overloaded, the MaxTrax Fuse Shackle is designed to be the weakest link.
Safety Recommendations: It is recommended that the Maximum Breaking Strength of the rope be 2 to 3 times the gross mass of the vehicle with which the rope is used.
